Staying healthy and productive in the high stress work environments requires a practical model for self-renewal and positive personal change.  Persons  completing the Well-Being Seminar learn how to identify and apply the Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills essential to personal wellness, healthy relationships and resiliency.  Medical and mental health professionals and executives will gain first hand experience with three new assessment instruments that they can use with patients and clients.  The positive assessment and emotional skill development processes presented in the seminar are research derived and based on the Transformative Theory of Emotional Intelligence developed by Darwin Nelson and Gary Low (1977-2011).  The theory of personality and behavioral change presented in the seminar is practical, positive and holistic.  Professional practitioners and researchers may review supporting research and materials by visiting our website: www.eilearningsys.com.  Continuing Education Units are available for Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Professional Counselors.
