Course Description
In this workshop, you’ll get a lot more than just preparation for the PMI-ACP(sm) (Agile Certified Practitioner) exam. Yes, there will be a practice exam at the beginning of the class. Yes, there will be practice questions throughout the 3 days of learning.  But, there will also be a combination of lecture, simulation, and exercises that will allow you to leverage Agile in the real world.

The Instructors
Derek Huether is an enterprise Agile coach and trainer who has been involved with the PMI-ACP development process since the PMI North American Congress in 2010.  As one of the few independent reviewers of the PMI-ACP curriculum, he modified, revised, updated or deleted elements to ensure that the exam was comprehensive, contemporary (reflective of current practice), concise, and clear. After the exam pilot phase concluded, he transitioned to a new role as Co-Lead of the PMI-ACP Support Team for the PMI Agile Community of Practice.   

Jesse Fewell is a writer, speaker, trainer, innovative leader in the business of technology management. In addition to speaking for Agile, Scrum, and PMI conferences, he has collected a broad array of experiences in several sectors such as National Security, Aerospace, GIS, Stock Multimedia, Telecom, and Hospitality. Recently, he founded the PMI Agile Community of Practice, PMI's component dedicated to Agile Project Management. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).
