Winter Institute of Medical Physics 2013

The Winter Institute of Medical Physics attracts a diverse group of scientists and professionals. Its small size and informal environment provide excellent opportunities for networking. Participants present talks sharing their scientific, educational and professional experience. Guest speakers and panel discussions cover topics of broad interest. The program allows for midday activities and family attendance is encouraged!

The early bird registration fee for WIMP 2013 is only $300 and includes all sessions, an ice-breaker and reception for you and a guest and a one-of-a-kind WIMP souvenir. The morning sessions include breakfast and the afternoon sessions include heavy appetizers and a variety of refreshments. The registration fee for medical physics students and residents is only $150.

New for 2013: Two scholarships will be awarded to early career medical physicists (within three years of residency or doctoral degree). These scholarships will cover lodging costs during the meeting and waive the registration fee.
