Location:
Seattle University School of Law, Sullivan Hall, 901 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122 (corner of 12th Ave. and Columbia).  Lower level floor.

Parking:
Parking at a university can be challenging so please allow extra time to park and walk to Sullivan Hall. Murphy Garage, located on James Street just West of 12th on the South side, is recommended for CLE parking. You may purchase a parking pass on the first level of the garage from an ATM-like machine in the southwest corner.  That pass allows you to park in all visitor lots on campus and costs $18 for a full day.  Additional parking at independent lots is also available near the campus. Overview:
This program, for Loren Miller Bar Association members, will focus on the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Rules for Enforcement of Lawyer Conduct in the state of Washington.  Much of the discussion will target newer attorney's in small or solo firm environments, emphasizing ethical pitfalls to avoid.

Course Materials:  Please note, Seattle University School of Law does not print course materials.  Course materials are posted online so you may download, save and/or print accodring to your individual preference.  Materials necessary for in-class exercises or activities are provided and guest wireless internet access is available.

    Cancellations:  The last day to cancel your registration for this program is 5:00pm Friday October 12, 2012.  Thereafter, refunds will not be permitted.  However, substitute attendees are welcome.
