The Employee Ownership Foundation and the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Organizational Dynamics have partnered to offer CEOs/Presidents and/or the CEO/President designee, of ESOP companies a breakthrough Certificate Program - Leading in an Ownership Setting: The Program for CEOs. This ESOP Leadership program is focused on enhancing each participant’s leadership effectiveness in his or her own company.

• Research findings related to ESOPs & firm performance

While CEOs of employee-owned companies face unique challenges and opportunities, leadership effectiveness remains the critical factor in the success of the ESOP, the company and ultimately for the employee owners. This Certificate Program is the first and only program anywhere formally addressing the relationship between the distinctive nature of ESOP companies and the effectiveness of leaders. We will examine in depth how leadership that develops and fosters employee engagement and participation impacts the company’s bottom line.

Payment Instructions

  • The total program cost is $11,000 for ESOP Association Members.

    For non-ESOP Association members, the total program cost is $13,000.

    Association membership will be verified upon registration to guarantee receipt of discount. 

    The deadline for registration is Friday, May, 24th, 2013, or when the program reaches maximum occupancy, whichever comes first.
