Online Registration

Use this form to register individuals for the iGEM 2012 Entrepreneurship Jamboree, taking place on the MIT campus on November 4, 2012.  Everyone, including team members and general participants, must register in order to attend.

The deadline for submitting an online registration is October 24, 2012.  Registration fees are payable online by credit card or check.  Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration not paid in full by the October 24 deadline.  All team members are required to register by October 24.  Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for all others.

If you are unable to finalize your plans or make payment in advance, you may still register on a space-available basis at the on-site registration desk.

What's Included


Jamboree registration includes team presentations, an awards ceremony, an evening reception, and a social event, all on Sunday.

Your registration also covers breakfast, lunch, and reception fare on Sunday.

Please note that seating in the presentation rooms and awards ceremony is limited.  Entrance is permitted on a space-available basis.  Preference is given to presenting team members and their affiliates.


Release Forms

All iGEM 2012 Entrepreneurship Jamboree participants must complete a Release Form.


Cancellations, Changes, Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or other changes may be made online until October 24, 2012.  Changes after that date should be made at the on-site registration desk.

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 24 will be granted less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be granted after that date.  No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used.  All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check.  If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.  Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment.

iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of an individual to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God, and other events beyond iGEM's control.
