Overview

The Group and Voluntary insurance markets are being heavily impacted by a combination of regulatory change and shifting sponsor/consumer preferences.  Low interest rates and limited growth opportunities in life and annuity products are pushing many insurers to seek market share and profit in the Group/Voluntary markets. This crowds an already highly competitive environment and places pressure on IT departments to support an adapting business process. State and private exchanges, composite product offerings, shared service models, open enrollment and billing platforms, and the potential for social media to play a bigger role in participant choice all are forcing insurance companies to refresh and rethink IT applications, architectures and business partners.

At this exclusive, invitation-only event, you’ll hear from Celent’s experts and your peers about their vision for the rapidly evolving Group/Voluntary technology ecosystems. Senior-level insurance business and IT strategists will have a unique opportunity to interact directly in a confidential, carrier-only forum, with an emphasis on information sharing and idea exchange.
