Exhibit Schedule

The exhibit area will be open for set-up on Wednesday evening, October 16 from 4:00pm - 7:30pm. Exhibits will be available for viewing starting at 7:30am on Thursday, October 17. All continental breakfasts and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibit area. Breakdown of exhibits will start at 5:00pm on Friday, October 18.  There is a $100 penalty for exhibitors who do not have their exhibits completely set up by 7:30am on October 17 and an additional $100 penalty for those who break down before 5:00pm on October 18.

Each exhibit space includes: one six-foot table-top and refreshment breaks, and up to 4 exhibitor registrations (two of which can be used at one time). Exhibitor registration allows access to the exhibit hall only.  Exhibitors who wish to attend conference sessions, must register for the full conference. Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Companies may register for more than one space. Price after May 15 will be $1,000 per space.  A service fee is associated with online registration.

Exhibit Staffing

  • Single exhibits may have a maximum of 2 people present at the exhibit at any time (4 people total may sign up).
  • Double exhibits may have a maximum of 3 people present at the exhibit at any time (5 people total may sign up).
  • Triple exhibits may have a maximum of 4 people present at the exhibit at any time (6 people total may sign up). 

Conference Dinner and Prizes

As we did in 2012, each CSAM attendee will receive an Exhibit Hall Passport that encourages them to visit all of our exhibitors.  Attendees who meet the passport requirements will be entered into a prize drawing during the CSAM dinner.  CSAM Exhibitors who contribute a prize for the drawing will receive 2 complimentary tickets to attend the dinner, and the chance to present their prize.  Exhibitors may also choose to purchase tickets for $50 each.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by September 21, 2013 will be refunded.  Refunds for cancellations submitted on or before September 21, 2013 will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee.  No refunds will be issued to cancellations submitted after September 21, 2013.

CSAM reserves the right to refuse to accept any exhibit.   In the event that an exhibit is not accepted, fees will be refunded.  There will be no additional compensation for exhibits that are refused.
