SAP Business ByDesign Change Project & Key User Tools Experience


The Change Project & Key User Tools Experience is an enablement service that provides registrants with guided procedures, a dedicated SAP Business ByDesign system and the necessary materials to simulate the adaptation of a live SAP Business ByDesign solution.  Each registrant acts as a system administrator for Almika, a fictitious midsize enterprise that previously implemented SAP Business ByDesign to support their marketing to opportunity business processes.  Now, as the system administrator, you are responsible for adapting the SAP Business ByDesign solution to include:
 - New scope via a change project in order to support scenarios such as order to
   cash for standardized services, workforce administration, time and labor
   management, procure to pay for services and cash and liquidity management
 - New fine-tuning settings that can be changed without a change project
 - A custom field on the account screen
 - A mashup to retrieve business addresses for accounts via a web service

The SAP Business ByDesign r1402 system is provided for two weeks (additional weeks are available for purchase).  The execution is self-paced, with total effort to complete estimated at two days.
