Lead with Vision, Purpose and Strength
Know where you are going so others will follow.

Vision, values, and clarity are the foundation for inspiring and motivating others.  But in my consulting and coaching work, I often discover that people who have a deep desire to lead overlook cultivating the most important characteristics that make remarkable leaders….clarity of personal vision, awareness of life purpose, and insight about their values and strengths.

This onsite workshop takes a laser approach to help you clarify your personal vision and purpose and assists you in identifying how to leverage your signature strengths to achieve both.

Location

Our retreat location is at The Monarch Center’s intimate Bundling Board Inn located within walking distance of the historic town of Woodstock in northeastern Illinois.  The Inn’s quiet and warm surroundings make the Inn an ideal retreat atmosphere.

Workshop is limited to five participants.
