Join Senior Helpers and Teepa Snow for either one or both seminars that will provide essential information on how to have a positive and meaningful relationship with loved ones with Alzheimer’s and dementia throughout their journey. This session is helpful for care providers, family members, and anyone who is trying to cope with the changes that happen with dementia. These seminars will be presented by Teepa Snow, a dementia care and dementia education specialist with over 31 years of experience in geriatrics. Teepa works closely with facilities and dementia specialty service providers throughout the country to improve and optimize programs and services to people with dementia and their families.

Helping Throughout the Journey of Dementia: Understanding Progression and How to Provide the Right Care and Support at the Right Time for Best Interactions and Outcomes
Join Senior Helpers and Teepa Snow for a seminar that will provide learners with a more in depth understanding of the progression of dementia and behaviors that affect caregiving and daily programming throughout the disease. This session will be very interactive with the goal of providing knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will change daily outcomes of care.

Join Senior Helpers and Teepa Snow for a seminar that will provide essential information on the interactive factors that are critical in providing high quality and effective care to individuals with Alzheimer's disease. The seminar will also highlight the importance of creating and providing meaningful activities and matching remaining abilities with environmental, interactive and task demands.
