Online Registration

The deadline for submitting your online registration and payment is October 7, 2013.  Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online invoice if paying by another method.  Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date.  Advance registration is strongly encouraged.


On-site Registration/Information Desk Hours
 
If you are unable to finalize your plans or payment by October 7, you may still register at the on-site registration desk, which will be available at the MIT Tang Center (Building E51) on Thursday, October 10, beginning at 7:00 am. 
On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

SDM Conference registration includes admission to all sessions on October 10, conference materials, breakfast, lunch, and a networking reception following the final conference session.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made online until October 7, 2013.  To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.  

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before October 7 will be granted less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds will be granted after that date.  No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used.  All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check.  If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card.
