* MFT/LCSW, physicians in training, retired persons, all students and others pay the RN fee.

Registration payments were accepted by check or credit card only. Please read the 'Terms and Conditions' section below for important information on refunds for canceled registrations.

Photography: The following statement is limited to general crowd and background shots. If you do not wish to have your photograph used, please contact our on-site event staff.
By participating in this event, you give the March of Dimes permission to take photographs of you at the event and to use this material on our website, in print and in other media for March of Dimes promotional materials.
Payment: Registrations that are not paid in full by
are not guaranteed and will be subject to a late payment fee of $25.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received no later than 03/03/14 to receive a refund (less non-refundable processing fee of $50). Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for canceled registrations will be received by the original payment method.
Credit card refunds: Refunds can only be made to the credit card used in the original purchase.
Check refunds: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of check refunds
Substitute attendees are permitted. Substitutions can be made at any time before the start of the conference.
