Personal Expenses:
  • Chamber Exploration's guide, step on guides and driver's gratuities are discretionary based on the level of service provided and are not included in the package price. We recommend:
    • Guide/Tour Director.             $4 to $7 per person, per day
    • Motorcoach Driver.                $3 to $4 per person, per day
    • Step-on Guides.                       $2 per person, per guide
  • Passport expenses
  • Trip Cancelation Insurance.  The Global Incentive Group can provide you with a quote to purchase supplemental trip cancelation and medical insurance.
  • Meals not included in the day-by-day agenda
  • Personal expenses (e.g. phone calls, laundry service, mini-bar, etc.)

Airline Fuel Surcharges/Fees.
Airline fuel surcharges/fees are presently $500 per person and are INCLUDED in the tour rates (subject to increase / change). 

Airline Departure Taxes
:
Airline departure taxes/fees are presently $150 per person and are INCLUDED in the tour rates (subject to increase / change).

Airline Fuel Surcharges/Fees & Air Departure Taxes/Fees Guarantee.
Simply pay in full at time of initial sign up OR anytime outside of 6 months prior to the departure date and the fuel surcharges & the departure taxes will not increase.

Passport Information.
A valid passport is required for this tour and is the responsibility of each passenger. Passports should be valid for up to six (6) months beyond the travel dates. All names must be submitted to Chamber Explorations exactly as they appear on passenger passports.
