This two-day workshop provides the tools to convert needs into something that can be built, with an understanding of how to apply lightweight requirements and specifications in dynamically changing environments. You will gain experience in prioritizing, defining and refining requirements to simplify delivery and maximize project value.


The workshop will present various approaches for maturing requirements so that they are “ready” for Release Planning and Sprint Planning.
