A graduate of Cornell University, Mr. Sayer has his own practice with a number of clients in the Hospitality Industry, as well as serving as Outside General Counsel for Pacifica Companies for the last fifteen years. Pacifica's vast real estate portfolio includes hotels, mixed use projects, development projects, master planned communities, office, industrial buildings and more.  In his spare time, Mr. Sayer teaches Hospitality Law and Policy in the Hospitality and Tourism program at San Diego State University.
