MIT SDM has planned the following events for October 2014:

  • Conference: Systems Thinking for Contemporary Challenges - Wednesday, October 8 (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
  • Back-to-the-Classroom Session - Tuesday, October 7 (2 p.m. - 5 p.m.)
  • SDM Student-Alumni Mixer - Tuesday, October 7 (6 p.m. - 10 p.m.)
  • Information Evening - Wednesday, October 8 (6 p.m. - 9 p.m.)

Online Registration

The deadline for submitting your online registration and payment is September 29, 2014. Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card, or upon receipt of your online confirmation if paying by another method. Registration is limited; space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.


On-site Registration/Information Desk Hours

If you are unable to finalize your plans or payment by September 29, you may still register at the on-site registration desk, which will be available during session hours on Tuesday & Wednesday, October 7-8. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions, or other changes may be made online until September 29, 2014. To cancel or make a change after that date, please send email to conferences-www@mit.edu.

Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before September 29 will be granted less a $50 processing fee for conference attendees and $25 for Back-to-the-Classroom attendees. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card.
