We have reserved a block of rooms for attendees and sponsors at Omni Richmond Hotel. Make your reservations by October 6, 2014 to secure the group rate of $125 single/double. You may make hotel reservations by calling (800) 843-6664. Tell them you are attending the UNOS Primer to get the group rate. The hotel will honor the group rate three days before and after the meeting, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the group rate after October 6, 2014.

Dress is casual business attire. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable temperature in the session rooms, please bring a jacket or sweater in case the room is cool.

To register online, please go to To qualify for early registration ($485), you must register by September 12, 2014. The registration fee after September 12 will be $585.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Barbara Friend at Refunds less a $100 processing fee are available prior to October 6, 2014. No refunds will be given after October 6, 2014. We will not refund for no-shows. If you cannot attend at the last minute, please feel free to send someone in your place.

While every effort will be made to meet your needs, we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodations if we receive your request after October 6, 2014.

The American Board of Transplant Coordinators (ABTC) will provide 9.0 Continuing Education Points for Transplant Coordinators (CEPTCs).
