CrossFit Endurance Athlete Course
Start and end time: 8 am to 4 pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Reading Material: The reading material link will be embedded in your registration confirmation email that you will receive as soon as you register. Print out the packet and bring it with you.
Meal: On your own
This is for those who solely want to work on their running mechanics. Attendees will learn how to use simple cues and techniques to develop more efficient positioning. The course will include videotaping analysis and drills.

You will receive:
· pre-seminar reading materials that should be read prior to the course.
· a layout of each presentation. You will not be required to take notes.
· a packet to continue improving your technique and skills following the course.
#4: Are there any pre-requisites for this course?
No. Anyone can attend.
#5: What should I wear?
Wear clothing you can work out in, running shoes, and bring a wristwatch with a stopwatch function.

The fee for the CrossFit Endurance Athlete Course is $295 (US dollars). Payment can be made via credit card or check. The final balance is due paid in full three weeks prior to the course or your spot will be forfeited. A $150 deposit is necessary to hold your place and payments may be made until three weeks prior to the course start date.
Credit card payments can be made online during the course registration and the exchange rate is calculated automatically for payments drawn against non-US banks.
Checks are accepted in US funds ONLY. You must indicate for whom and for what course the payment is to be applied on the check. In addition, complete and send this form with the check, using one of the two following options for sending the form and the check:
