The Conference facilities are top-notch, and the venue provides numerous opportunities to collaborate with peer utilities and ARCOS champions. The ARCOS staff will present the newest ARCOS features and functionality. Peer utilities will lead best-practice sessions explaining how they use the ARCOS Enterprise Suite across their organization to improve emergency service response, storm restoration, crew resource scheduling and emergent work as well as the critical need to capture all information and pull reports in real-time.

Who Should Attend?

ARCOS Champions/Leads:
This is the best opportunity for ARCOS Champions and Project Leads to learn about new ARCOS Callout and Scheduling Suite features that will be available in 2015. During dedicated Conference sessions, the ARCOS staff provides a detailed explanation of all features and provides one-on-one opportunities to meet with ARCOS Engineers and Support staff to learn more about the new release. ARCOS Champions and Project Leads will also be able to learn from over 50 peer utilities, sharing best practices and technology trends.  

Plant, Transmission and Distribution Executives:
 
This year’s Conference will offer many executive and operational presentations demonstrating how the ARCOS Callout and Scheduling Suite is being used strategically across the enterprise to improve efficiency, strategy development and drive cost out of O&M budgets. Presentations include shortening storm length through improved storm response, mining ARCOS data to improve callout performance, optimizing employee resource scheduling, and creating a rapid response business continuity communication platform. In addition, you will be able to network with your peers from over 50 utility companies.

Field Service Supervisors:
Being on the front line of many callout issues, Field Service Supervisors will have the opportunity to train on the new reports and resource management tools. This training and education will keep Field Service Supervisors up to speed with the application tools to help reduce the "morning shuffle." 

Dispatchers:
As the critical initiators of callouts, Dispatchers will receive training on new ARCOS Callout and Scheduling Suite features and reports. The ARCOS Suite was initially developed with extensive input from dispatchers; this year's Conference attendees will have their opportunity to provide input into future product features and enhancements, many of which could simplify their callout tasks.

Dispatch Managers/Area Managers:
Dispatch Managers and Area Managers will learn about new, major features and discuss callout accountability and response rate trends with other Managers from peer utilities. This is the only venue in the country where Dispatch Managers and Area Managers can learn about callout best practices and how to address response rate issues they face.

Administrative Professionals/Timekeepers:
Administrative professionals and Timekeepers will receive training in the use of the ARCOS Scheduler and reporting enhancements. Tips, Tricks, and Training received at the ARCOS Conference typically result in operational efficiencies that return hours to focus on other important work. Administrative personnel and Timekeepers can also provide input to the ARCOS staff regarding critical user-type concerns they may have, and suggest product enhancements they would like to see in ARCOS in the future.

Trainers:
As with any software application, ongoing training is critical. The ARCOS University at the ARCOS Conference provides extensive hands-on training. Many new, innovative features will be available to companies in 2015; this is the best opportunity for Training personnel to learn the new features.

IT Project Managers/Developers:
During the Conference, we get into great detail regarding integration with other applications. Workshops dedicated to integrating ARCOS with Work Management, Business Intelligence, and Resource Management Systems will show you what your peers are doing and enable you to share your plans with peers and ARCOS staff. Spend time with the ARCOS Engineers to discuss your specific needs, or meet with other peer utilities to learn about their integration success stories. We can even schedule private breakout meetings to discuss your specific integration project needs.

Early Bird Registration Fee: $1,199*

Standard Registration Fee: $1,399**

*An Early Bird Registration fee of $1,199 will be offered to the first 50 registrants before November 1, 2014 (a $200 savings). If indicated in your registration that your spouse or adult guest will be joining you for the evening networking events, you will be invoiced separately for the $99 Spouse/Guest Fee no later than January 5, 2015, net 30 terms.

**Registrations after February 26, 2015, will be assessed an additional Late/Onsite Registration fee of $200 (total fee of $1,599). If indicated in your registration that your spouse or adult guest will be joining you for the evening networking events, you will be invoiced separately for the $99 Spouse/Guest Fee no later than January 5, 2015, net 30 terms.
