Dugoni School of Dentistry are hosting “Dentistry in Long-term Care: Creating Pathways to Success,” an eight module continuing education program for oral health professionals.  This program qualifies for 10 continuing education credits.  It is a self-paced online course that should be completed in 6 months from registration date.  The primary registrant will receive a copy of Overcoming Obstacles to Oral Health.  Each registrant will have their own unique username and password so that they can log into the system at any time.

  • Dentist with ADA membership: $250.00
  • Dentist without ADA membership: $650.00
  • Staff member: $150.00 per staff member (max 3)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. The dentist must register FIRST and then he/she will have the opportunity to add staff members later in the registration process.  The dentist should start by selecting their registration type: ADA member or non-ADA member.  The fees associated with this course will be charged to the dentist.
  2. A dentist can register up to 3 non-dentist team members at an additional fee of $150 per staff member.  Before starting, it will be easier if you have your staff members' information: name, address, license type, etc.
