Networking with hundreds of windstorm claims industry professionals is a prime focus of the annual WIND conference. In addition, it is also one of the most value-packed conferences in the windstorm/property insurance industry. WIND’s registration fees offer the most “bang for your buck” and some of the most affordable registration rates for windstorm claims industry professionals. Register early, space is limited.

WIND Member Registration: $425 - 
This rate is for 2014 WIND members only.This rate will be valid for 2014 members through January 22, 2015.(Must be a member (join/renew) by December 31, 2014)

Late Registration: $625 - This rate is good through January 10 – January 18, 2015.
Onsite Registration: $675 - This rate is good from January 19, 2015. Space available basis only.
Workshop Faculty: $299 - For WIND 2015 workshop presenters only.

Spouse Registration: $299
This rate is good only for group food/beverage functions. Full registration is required to attend general sessions, workshops, earn CE credits, and receive conference materials. Admission is not allowed into any general session, breakout workshop session, or any CE related event. Spouse registrants will receive a special color-coded name badge designated for entry into all food and beverage functions only

Registration fees for the annual Windstorm Insurance Conference include:
Attendance at all general sessions
• Attendance at CE credited workshops/break out sessions
• Numerous continuing education credits for multiple states and disciplines
• Three days of food and beverage functions: breakfast, breaks, lunches and three cocktail evening receptions, including Mardi Gras/Casino Night party, which offers Casino games and the opportunity to win major prizes.
The annual WIND Conference may sell out months in advance. First-come/first-serve priority to registrants and workshops. Be sure to also book your hotel rooms early, as the hotel block sells out months in advance.
Cancellation Policy

Full refunds (less a $75 processing charge and any applicable credit card fees) will be made for cancellations received by December 31, 2014. No refunds will be made after this date. A request for cancellations must be submitted in writing via fax 813.988.5837 or email request to MMG at meetingplanner@windnetwork.com.  Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute or receive conference workshop materials in place of a refund, or upon approval, may credit their registration to a future WIND annual conference.
