The 8th Asia-Pacific Association of Chemical Ecologist (APACE) Conference with the theme “Chemical Ecology:  Signaling in the 21st Century” will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from Sept. 23 - 26, 2015, in California, USA. The conference site is located in Anaheim/Orange County, which is situated in the heart of Southern California.  
APACE Conference is a premier international forum for research scientists from industries and State and Federal Institutes, as well as students and faculties of universities around Asia-Pacific regions to present their recent discoveries and development from basic research to practical applications with regard to the chemical ecology disciplines and areas. It will also be a showcase to provide a unique opportunity for industries to introduce their developed products and services, and also take advantages of novel scientific ideas for developing innovative technologies.

Registration Types:
Registration types include Member, Non-member, and Student.  These registration types include conference material and amenities, an informal welcome reception, morning and afternoon coffee & tea breaks.  

The opportunity to save on your registration fee is available.  The Early registration deadline is August 15; Late registration deadline ends on September 13, then On-site registration rates will apply.

The following rates are proposed and subject to change:  
Early registration rates:  
Members $475, Non-Members $550, Students, $275

Late registration rates (after August 15):  
Members $525, Non-Members $600, Students, $275

 After September 13, all types, $600

Hotel and Lodging / Conference Venue:

Hyatt Regency Orange will be the venue for the conference.  
A special rate of $139 USD + taxes per room per night has been arranged, Single or double occupancy; 3rd and 4th persons, $25 additional each.  Deadline to make reservations, September 1.  One night deposit due at time of reservations.  Questions regarding shared accommodations and special billing arrangements - please contact our registrar@pacificrimconcepts.com for assistance.
