Sponsorship Levels
Your total sponsorship cost determines your specific conference benefits; the different levels for each sponsorship are based on the minimum amounts listed below.
 
$6,000 Minimum – Platinum Level
of sponsorship ensures that your company logo will automatically appear on our conference registration website and on all conference email communication to current and prospective InnEdCo participants. Your logo will also appear in the presentation which opens our keynote speaker with special thanks for your contribution. Additionally, your Exhibitor booth will be labeled with a Platinum sign so that all attendees recognize your conference status.

$4,000 Minimum – Gold Level
of sponsorship ensures your company logo will appear in the presentation which opens our keynote speaker with special thanks for your contribution. Additionally, your Exhibitor booth will be labeled with a Gold sign so that all attendees recognize your conference status.

$2,000 Minimum – Silver Level
of sponsorship entitles you to a Silver sign for your Exhibitor booth so that all attendees recognize your conference status.

Conference Keynote
Your logo will appear in the Pre-Keynote presentation.  – $1,000.00 (limit 1 sponsor)
and/or
You will be given 5 minutes to talk about how your solution supports innovative education to a majority of our attendees (usually 800+) before the keynote address delivered by Jonathan Mooney this summer. – $1,000.00 (limit 3 sponsors)

NEW InnEdCo Cocktail Party - your banner prominently displayed and 5 minutes to talk about your solution in education in the Shavano Ballroom.  Drink tickets will be distributed to those who arrive in the ballroom for your talk.
Price: $3,500.00 (limit 1 sponsor)

NEW InnEdCo Western Style Dinner at the Keystone Stables - your banner prominently displayed at our new western style dinner for all attendees.
Price: $3,500.00

Presenter Party -
Your banner prominently displayed and you will be given 5 minutes to talk about how your solution supports innovative education to our InnEdCo presenters while they enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks provided by InnEdCo.

Bag Stuffing
- We will stuff all attendee bags with your company's advertising material and/or giveaway.
Price: $500.00 per page/item

Vendor Sponsored Session -
The InnEdCo Board will choose a limited number of vendor sponsored sessions that align with the focus of this year’s conference. No session is guaranteed until it has been approved by the InnEdCo Board of Directors. You will need your session TITLE and DESCRIPTION at the time of registration.
1-Hour Conference Session: $2,500.00

Historically our most popular sponsorship opportunity, our Exhibitor booths are even better this year: ALL booths are now contained within the Conference Center at Keystone Resort. You may purchase one or several 8X10 booths in the two foyers or in the ballroom. Your booth, draped by Brede Exhibition Services, will be set up and ready for you at the following times:

Shavano Foyer booths are available for move in starting at 7 AM on Monday, June 22nd.
Long’s Peak Foyer booths are available for move in starting at 7 AM on Monday, June 22nd.
Ballroom booths are available for move in from 7 AM to 6 PM on Tuesday, June 23rd.

Exhibition Hours
are flexible at this year’s conference and your exposure depends on your choice of move in and move out times.
A. Move Out Option A: Wednesday, 6/24: 7-10 PM (for those who cannot stay overnight)
B. Move Out Option B: Thursday, 6/25: 7-9 AM (for those who can stay overnight)

NEW
In place of our traditional “Dessert Gala”, we will be holding an InnEdCo “Cocktail Party”.  This provides an opportunity for all conference attendees to mingle with our exhibitors in the ballroom and foyers with a cash bar available.  Consider sponsoring this event:
- Your banner prominently displayed and 5 minutes to talk about how your solution supports innovative education in Shavano Ballroom.  Drink tickets will be distributed to attendees who arrive in the ballroom for your talk. – $3,500.00

This year the conference will run from Tues., June 23rd – Thurs., June 25th with our 3rd Annual Google Apps for Education Pre-Conference and our 5th Annual Leadership Academy taking place on Mon., June 22nd!  We would love to have you join us for our Conference Dinner at the Keystone Stables on Weds., 6/24. *Cancellation Policy
 If for any reason your company is unable to attend the conference, a partial refund of 75% will be made to you if the cancellation occurs before the April 1, 2015 deadline.

After the April 1, 2015 deadline, all payments made to InnEdCo are forfeited.
