Group Rate: If three or more are registering together, you both will receive $20 off your registration. To receive this discount, use the discount code: group.
Registration Fee Includes:
Your Full Conference registration fee includes: refreshment breaks, wine and cheese reception Thursday night, Friday mentoring lunch (complimentary to associates, students and non members only), Saturday Regional breakfast, Saturday night Members reception (everyone welcome), and morning Yoga. When asked, please use the check boxes so you can be counted for that specific event and allowed access. NOTE: If you do not check these boxes, you will not be able to attend. We need to have an accurate head count for meals and for seating arrangements. We want to make sure everyone gets a seat and the food associated with that event.
Note: The Full Conference fee does NOT include pre-conference workshops on Thursday, Friday's Mentoring lunch for Members (members pay $25); these require additional fees.

By becoming an Associate of STA as you register, you will receive the discounted Associate rate for this conference and other national and regional training events and a subscription to the bi-annual Journal of Sandplay Therapy.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
In order for STA to properly prepare for the conference, attendees are asked to register by May 2, 2016 for all conference sessions and activities.
If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please cancel, in writing, on or before May 2, 2016.
Cancellations after May 2, 2016 will NOT be refunded.
Refunds will NOT be given for no-shows.
All cancellations subject to $100 processing fee.

Case Consultation Registration Information
Group case consultation is a workshop option. Those selecting it one or more times as a workshop preference with their on-line registration are asked to also email consultation coordinator: Antoinette Eimers at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration for these groups is on a first-come, first-served basis. Based upon past conference consultation group experiences, there will be a waiting list for attendees.
Individual consultation is available by appointment at the special rate of $75 per hour. Participants can contact any attending teaching member to arrange appointments. A list will be made to registrants prior to the conference.
