For many cruise executives, destinations, suppliers and tour operators, the annual FCCA Cruise Conference & Trade Show is the premier industry event of the year to meet with key industry players, analyze trends and discuss current issues. It is because of the unique forum provided by the Conference that nearly 1,000 cruise industry partners, including approximately 100 cruise executives, attend each year.

Only registrations received and paid in full prior to the cut off dates listed will be deemed a pre-paid registration. Early bird prices end September 1. 

Registrations processed at the conference site will be charged a premium rate of $1,800 U.S.

TRANSFERS - For complimentary airport transfers, please forward your detailed flight information, both arrival and departure, name of your hotel and the number of people traveling with you to:  citlabello@gmail.com

VISA REQUIREMENTS - Please check to see if you require a visa for travel to Cozumel:

Flights to Cozumel -
There are no direct flight to Cozumel. You have the option to fly to Cancun and book a flight on MayAir to Cozumel. This is a 20 passenger carrier that shuttle back and forth from Cancun to Cozumel. For information please see the Travel and Hotel tab

AIRPORT -  Cozumel International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from conference hotels and conference venue                              

CONFERENCE VENUE: Conference meetings, workshops, trade show, registration, etc. will take place in the temporary conference structure and conference center located in town at Andreas Quintana Roo Park in front of Palacio Municipal


The Conference Opening Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015

IDENTIFICATION BADGES – Please proceed to FCCA registration upon your arrival of the conference facility. Once you have picked up your conference badge, you be required to wear your badge at all times. Your badge will allow access to transportation from your hotel to the conference facility, entrance to the conference site, meals and evening functions. If you are a delegate, your badge is required for access to workshops and one on one meetings.

Note: Exhibitors and Guests do not have access to any business functions, workshops or meetings. 

MEALS – Please note that complimentary breakfast will be available to registered conference attendees at official listed conference hotels only as outlined in the agenda. Lunch and Dinner is provided to attendees during the conference as outlined in the agenda. 

DRESS CODE - The dress code for the conference is business casual for business sessions and Opening Ceremony. Elegantly or smart casual for evening functions.

FCCA, in its sole discretion, determines whether a prospective exhibitor/attendee is eligible to participate in the Event. Eligibility is generally limited to persons/firms who supply products and services to the cruise industry and are in good standing with the cruise industry and FCCA. Applicants who have not previously attended or exhibited at the event may be required to submit a description of their business and/or the items to be exhibited. 

The FCCA reserves the right to exclude or remove any person/company whose presence or behavior is undesirable and/or potentially unlawful, harmful, disrespectful and/or causing a nuisance to other Exhibitors and/or Attendees, and the FCCA may exercise such right at its absolute discretion, notwithstanding that any such person is the employee, agent, permitted contractor of or in any way associated to the Exhibitor/Attendee.
