WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THIS YEAR'S FEATURED KEYNOTE.

We are pleased to announce Mark Mitsui, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Community Colleges in the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE), will keynote this year's NROC Member Meeting.

Mark's dedication to student success--from improving minority representation to performance funding redesign--has defined his work in both academia and government. His deep commitment to learner empowerment complements NROC's mission to provide effective, high-quality educational opportunities in an era of rapid economic, social, and personal change.

Get energized, as Mark invites us to recommit to championing personal and institutional change in service to equity and access.
