Bill O'Rourke
Bill O’Rourke served various leadership roles during his 36-year career with Alcoa, including President of Alcoa-Russia.  Currently, Bill is an Ethics Fellow of the Wheatley Institution at Brigham Young University and serves on the John Carroll University Board of Directors in Cleveland.  Bill recently published the book The Power of Ethics with co-author Pete Geissler.  Bill lectures on business ethics at a number of universities including the University of Pittsburgh, Michigan, Nebraska, Arizona State, Illinois, Carnegie Mellon, Benedictine University, the University of Dayton and Duquesne University.
During his presentation, Leading with Integrity, Bill will share stories and lessons from his experiences, emphasizing:

  • How to maintain integrity under pressure
  • The importance of ethics as the key to effective leadership
  • How to create and maintain an ethical culture in an organization

This event is free and open to the public.  
Registration includes admission to the reception and presentation.
