College Fair

This is a FREE EVENT for registered attendees. Only college and university representatives wanting a table to exhibit must register and pay. One person per institution; all may stand by the table!

On-Campus Lodging 

Loyola Marymount University is providing an on-campus lodging option for individuals wanting the "full" college experience. Single or Double rooms may be booked in blocks of three nights or two nights. No individual nights available. 

Checking in Tuesday, May 31 and checking out Friday, June 3!

Single Occupancy - 3 nights - $340 total
Double Occupancy - 3 nights - $180pp ($360 total)

Checking in Wednesday, June 1 and checking out Friday, June 3!

Single Occupancy - 2 nights - $230 total
Double Occupancy - 2 nights - $125pp ($250 total)

Linens (sheet set, blanket, towel, pillow) will be provided. Guests will need to bring amenities like hair dryers, hangers, etc. Parking is an additional $10/day.

WACAC attendees will be staying in either Leavey 4 or Rains Residence Halls.

Hotel Reservations 

The host hotel is the Los Angeles Airport Marriott at 5855 W. Century Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90045. Rooms are $159/night plus taxes and parking of $34.10 daily. Click HERE for more information about the hotel and to book a room.

On-Campus Parking/Getting To and From Campus


Parking on the LMU campus is $10/day. We encourage people to consider carpooling to the campus and to allow extra time to park each morning before your sessions. You may prepay your parking on campus HERE.

We suggest Uber or Lyft to get to/from your hotel to campus. No shuttle will be running between hotels and the campus.


Contributor/Exhibitor Registration
