The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) are joining forces to advance aviation safety through global leadership at this year's International Aviation Safety Conference in Washington, D.C., June 14-16, 2016.  FAA and EASA look forward to teaming with international colleagues to ensure seamless and safe air transport worldwide through shared commitment, clear communication and collaboration, and harmonized safety standards, policy and procedures. 

Registration is now open. The registration fee is $660.00 USD, which includes daily breakfast and break service, two lunches, a welcome reception, and an administrative fee. To complete your registration, you must fill out the form entirely, including payment information. The deadline for completing your registration is Friday, June 10, 2016.

Hotel Accommodations
The conference will take place at The Mayflower Hotel. Should you require a hotel room, we have secured a special discounted group rate of $319.00/night (excluding taxes) for conference participants. The U.S. Government employee per diem rate of $226/night is available as well.  IMPORTANT UPDATE - The cut-off date has been extended!  These rates will now be available UNTIL JUNE 8, 2016
