Online Pre-registration is now closed.  You will be able to register onsite at the Convention Center for $35, no meal tickets will be available.

Registration deadline:  Wednesday May 25 at 11:59 pm

Vegetarian & Gluten sensitive meals:  if you need vegetarian or gluten sensitive meals please email lisa.timmerman@inumc.org; give me the name of the person, what special meal they need and a listing of all meals they have purchased tickets for.

Cost:  $25.00

Additions & Changes to your registration:  Send an email with additions and/or changes to lisa.timmerman@inumc.org   If you used a credit card to pay for your registration please include permission in the email to charge the credit card if necessary for additions or changes.

Password:  You do not need to remember your password from last year.  After you enter your email address you can click on "start a new registration" then during the registration process you will be asked to create a new password if you want to, this is optional.  All passwords must contain at least 8 characters with at least one capital letter, one number and one character.

Registration Confirmation:  Please be sure to click the "FINISH" button to submit your registration.  You should then see a confirmation screen with a green band and a green check mark.  You will also receive a confirmation email.

Meal tickets:  Most meals have a limited number of tickets available.  Meal tickets will not be mailed.  You will be given your meal tickets during the check in process onsite.  Meal tickets must be presented to attend all meals.  Meal tickets must be ordered BEFORE 11:59 pm on May 25, 2016.  No meal tickets will be sold onsite at Annual Conference.

SOLD OUT MEALS:  As meals become sold out I will list the names here - Lunch & Learn 1 Thursday and Lunch & Learn 2 Friday are SOLD OUT

  • Online credit card payments by: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

    Payment by check:  checks must be mailed within 7 days of registration to:  INUMC; Attn: Lisa Timmerman; 301 Pennsylvania Parkway, #300; Indianapolis, IN 46280.  Please print a copy of your registration and include with your check.   All check payments must be received by the registration deadline, Wednesday May 25 at 11:59 pm
