Welcome to our 6th Annual Conference!
Coaching and mentoring have long ago earned their stripes as go-to-interventions, and the evidence base and body of knowledge continue to grow. But we do need to maintain momentum and keep agile.
Certainly the business environment, and beyond, continues to present us as practitioners, and our clients, with plenty of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) to get our teeth stuck into. How can we be adaptive, nimble and build on what’s gone before? This will be our exploration at this year’s conference on 6 July, with the theme of Maintaining Momentum: Coaching and Mentoring in a VUCA world.
All our previous conferences have sold out, and this one promises to do so too. We’ve lined up engaging, educational, and stimulating speakers, interesting and useful workshops/case studies/research sessions, and you’ll have the opportunity to network in a friendly self-contained yet spacious setting at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury in central London. Previous delegates have said they have found the conference to offer not only highly useful CPD but also that they’ve felt part of a community, a family even.
Join us for a day of inspiration, exploration, and learning. We’re really looking forward to it. Hope to see you there!
