Lodging at the Whidbey Institute is mostly in shared rooms in our two secluded and comfortable homes, the Farmhouse and Granny's, and with four additional option in cabins; bathrooms are shared. You will have the opportunity to indicate your lodging preferences, needs or requests when registering. We will contact you with your room assignment approximately three days prior to each retreat start date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

We understand that life challenges emerge and changes happen; we request your help in ensuring that we are operating together in integrity. If you find it necessary to cancel, a full refund will be given if notice is received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the session. For cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start date, no refund can be given, barring exceptional emergencies.

Payment Instructions

  • Registration can be completed with a deposit of $100.  

    Balances for each session are due two weeks before the start of each retreat. A reminder will be emailed to all those with balances.

    You can complete balance payment through any of the following methods:
    • Log back into your registration and choose "Manage your Registration" - you will be provided with an option to make a payment on your balance.
    • Email your payment request to
    • Mail check payment with the balance to the address below.
