The Center on Race and Social Problems will host a special Summer Institute with the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police.

Chief Cameron McLay and his team will explain to the community some of the principles of procedural justice, and why they are so critical to the changes occurring in policing locally and nationally.

They will be joined by Kimberly Burke, Research Director at the UCLA Center for Policing Equity.  Ms. Burke’s appearance is sponsored by the National Initiative to Build Community Trust and Justice, funded by the United States Department of Justice.
