ISAM is a collaborative effort between: MIT, Georgia Tech, Yale, Case Western Reserve, Stanford, Berkeley, Olin, and Carnegie Mellon

Online Registration 

The deadline for submitting your online registration and payment is 11:59pm EST on November 7, 2016. Payment is due upon registration if paying via credit card or upon receipt of your online invoice if paying by another method. On-site registration will be offered on a space available basis by cash or check only.

The deadline for submitting your registration for the Reception and Dinner is Friday, September 30, 2016.

* Class space is limited, admittance is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that Makerspaces 100 is a pre-requisite for the afternoon course.
** MIT Tours have limited space and therefore admittance to the tours for those that did not pay a full registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What's Included
  • Full conference and student registrations include admittance to Social Events - The registration cost has been discounted as the conference dinner is full
  • All registrations include program materials
  • Registration for classes includes Breakfast and Lunch
  • Registration for symposium includes Lunch on all days; breakfast is provided on Day One of the symposium
 
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing will receive a refund less a processing fee as follows:
  • Cancellations received on or before August 30 will receive a full refund less the nonrefundable paper invitation for visa purposes.
  • Cancellations received from August 31 to October 15 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total registration fees (including symposium, social events, and class fees).
  • Cancellations received on or after October 16 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total registration fees (including symposium, social events, and class fees).
No refunds will be granted on or after October 16.  All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check.  If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card.

Changes
You may access your registration record and make changes until online registration closes on November 7, 2016. After November 7, please email conferences-www@mit.edu with any requests for changes.
