The AALT Conference Committee welcomes you to the
Annual Conference of the Alberta Association of
Library Technicians
April 20th - 23rd, 2017

Our theme this year is “Bringing It All Together” and our logo embodies this by displaying all the different elements that make up the work that library technicians do every day!

We are also happy to announce that the venue for this year’s conference is the Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre in beautiful Banff, Alberta! What better place to enjoy the conference and celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary of its Confederation, then in the breathtaking Rocky Mountains! And all provincial parks are free in 2017, so you won’t have to buy a park pass!

Just like previous conferences that have been held in Canmore/Banff, a bus will go from Edmonton to Banff and back, with pick-ups and drop-offs in Calgary and Red Deer.

If you have any queries or concerns before conference, contact us anytime at conference@aalt.org.

Thank you,
Marcia Holmes and Melanie Belliveau
