2017 Auction Donor Commitment

This year’s MPI Washington State Chapter (MPIWSC) Auction will be held Tuesday, December 7th at Novelty Hill Januik Winery. The Auction is our Chapter’s main fundraiser for the year, in which we raise funds for our Chapter's education efforts to secure top-industry speakers and compelling venues.

In order for the event to be a success, we need your contributions and participation.  Our fundraising goal for this year’s event is $20,000. As a planner or supplier in the meeting industry, MPIWSC is calling upon you and your organization to help support the Chapter by generously contributing products, services or personal items/crafts for the auction. 

Donors will be recognized on the night of the Auction, in the program and signage, on our website, as well as gaining exposure to the entire membership.  Donations of $1,500 value or more will be given placement consideration for the live auction.
