Description:
The Charter StartUp 100-level workshop series was developed especially for founding groups who are preparing to submit (or resubmit) an application to open a charter school in New Jersey.

The Application Essentials workshop will focus on the key elements and strategies for presenting a strong Phase 1 charter application. In this hands-on workshop, you will review your school's mission & vision, learn what makes up a strong statement of need, and then work on aligning your mission, vision and educational program. You will also learn about the application evaluation process and techniques for meeting the criteria for a strong application.

If, for any reason, you cannot attend this workshop, requests for refunds in full must be delivered to NJCSA in writing no later than 3 business days prior to the morning of the event; after that date, no refunds will be given, unless the workshop is cancelled by NJCSA. No refunds will be given for no-shows; substitutions are allowed, so consider sending someone in your place. This refund policy is specific for this particular event and NJCSA reserves the right to alter this policy for future events.
