*Payment for the Italy Program is due in full by January 15, 2018. We also offer an installment plan via credit card, debit card, or check, with a down-payment of $500 per primary registrant required when you register. IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL NOTES

      Early bird prices are available through Friday, January 12, 2018. Thereafter, add $500 to all price points.

      1.    Package does not include air fare, travelers’ insurance, or medical insurance.

      2.   Passport and proper identification are required.

      3.   The seminar organizing entities (Seattle University and Robert’s Fund) are not responsible for individual travel arrangements to and from the conference, travel documents, denied entry into any country/airline, lost or stolen luggage/belongings, injury, or illness.

Cancellation policy for organizing entities:

The seminar is guaranteed to run when ten participants have registered.  If the Spring 2018 seminar is cancelled by the organizing entity, a full refund of monies paid will be made to each participant for registration fees. However, this program will bear no responsibility for any other expenses incurred by registrants, including, but not limited to, non-refundable airline tickets, pre/post seminar hotel reservations and other transportation. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.  

Refund Policy for Participant Cancellations:

If a registered participant cancels 91 or more days before the seminar start date, the program will refund 90% of all monies collected to the cancelling registrant.

If a registrant cancels 31-90 days  before the seminar start date, the program will refund 50% of all monies collected to the cancelling registrant.

If a registrant cancels 30 days or less before the seminar start date there will be no refund of any monies collected to the cancelling registrant.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

1.    Travel time between Rome's Fiumicino Airport and Sovana is approximately 2 1/2 hours.

2.    The bus will leave Rome's Fiumicino Airport to go to Sovana at 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

3.    The bus will leave Sovana to go to Rome Fiumicino Airport at 10:00 am on Sunday, April 22, 2018.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS

All program participants are responsible for making their own airline reservations.

1.   If you are planning on using our bus transportation, you will want to plan your departure so you arrive at Rome's Fiumicino airport by 12:00 pm on Saturday, April 14, 2018.

2.   You will want to plan your return flight to the U.S. on the morning of Monday, April 23, 2018.

3.   We recommend that you plan to stay near the airport on Sunday, April 22nd because most flights leave very early in the morning. Most hotels near the airport have shuttles to the airport.

4.  You will get to Fiumicino Airport in Rome around 1:00p.m. on Sunday, April 22nd which will give you sufficient time to take the train into the center of Rome, where you can enjoy an afternoon and evening.  The Airport Hilton (not the Garden Inn) has sky bridge access directly to the airport.
