We are recognized as “the voice of the Caribbean shipping industry”. The CSA continues to bring new ideas, thoughts and initiatives to the process of development and, in this regard, we try to keep our members up to date on current issues.

Come join the Caribbean Shipping Association (CSA) in collaboration with the Curacao Ports Authority in Curacao, for its 16th Caribbean Shipping Executives’ Conference. 

The CSA’s Shipping Executives' Conference will be hosted in the beautiful city of Willemstad which captures the best of old-Amsterdam charm and the cultural diversity of the region.  The conference will be held  at the Curacao Renaissance Hotel where owners, political leaders, shipping executives, industry leaders and renowned speakers will seek to address Maritime issues from Monday May 8 to Wednesday May 10, 2017.

Conference Fees are as follows:-

Members:
Early Bird Registration Fee of U$600 ends March 17, 2017.
Regular Registration Fee of U$700 ends May 4, 2017.  Thereafter, onsite/online registration will attract an additional fee of $50.00.

For Non-Members:
Early Bird Registration Fee of U$700 ends March 17, 2017.
Regular Registration Fee of U$800 ends May 4, 2017.
Onsite/online registration attracts a fee of $50.00 after May 4, 2017.

CONFERENCE HOTEL
The CSA has negotiated special rates with Curacao Renaissance Resort & Casino as follows:-

Single Occupancy - US$157 plus State and Local Taxes (approximately 24.12%)
Double Occupancy - US$172 plus State and Local Taxes (approximately 24.12%)

Negotiated hotel rates will end on April 06, 2017 and revert to regular rates thereafter.

Please note, the Hotel has an Early Departure Fee of $142 as compensation for harm caused to hotel by unscheduled early departures. An Early Departure Fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of Hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of the Change in scheduled departure.



AIRPORT TRANSFER
Curacao Ports Authority has graciously agreed to provide complimentary airport transfer to and from the Curacao Renaissance Resort & Casino for delegates and their spouses provided the relevant travel itineraries are shared with the CSA’s Secretariat or included in registration by April 30, 2017.   Failure to provide travel itineraries by this date, will result in delegates and their spouses being responsible for their own transportation.
