Honorable Nathan L. Hecht
Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Texas

Nathan L. Hecht is the 27th Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Texas. He has been elected to the Court six times, first in 1988 as a Justice, and most recently in 2014 as Chief Justice. Senator Charles Perry
District 28, Texas State Senate

Senator Charles Perry, a practicing CPA from Lubbock, was first elected to the Texas Senate in 2014 after serving two terms in the Texas House of Representatives. Dr. Kantave Greene is a former Jackson State University Professor and current Hydrologist/Meteorologist on the Texas Mesonet (TexMesonet) Program within the Groundwater Technical Assistance (GTA) Program of the Water Science and Conservation Division (WSC) for the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). The Texas Groundwater Summit is one of Texas' premiere annual groundwater events, bringing together a diverse group of groundwater professionals over three days to discuss emerging trends and new research. The event provides a mix of expert presentations on all areas of groundwater management, as well as networking opportunities for the groundwater community.  We expect to have more than two dozen exhibitors and 350 groundwater industry leaders, community stakeholders, agency representatives and elected officials in attendance. This year, our program will offer a particular focus on the outcomes of the 85th Texas Legislative Session. You won't want to miss it!
