This 2.5 day seminar focuses on PET packaging for hot-fill and aseptic filling of low-acid beverages. Covering the basics of non-carbonated packages and examining material compatibility for these types of applications. This course will also cover the most commonly used sterilization techniques as well as new technologies such as high pressure processing. A detailed overview of associated filling technologies will also be provided.
This course is applicable for attendees for technical and non-technical beverage professionals.
Note: It is necessary for attendees to have a basic knowledge of resins used for packaging and ISBM packaging manufacturing conditions, as those subjects will not be covered with this seminar. Ideally, previous attendance to our Technology & Application of PET course would be considered as a good basis for this course.
