The M&C/RYMARK International Meeting and Incentive Summit brings qualified corporate and association buyers and Industry Suppliers together in a relaxed, informal environment. Participants will to develop new relationships and strengthen existing ones. We believe that "people buy from people they know and trust". The program has been carefully designed to encourage networking and relationship building.

"Summit" features the unique MARKETPLACE TRADE SHOW where planners will set appointments with industry suppliers to learn more about their products and services.This three night/four day event includes activities, all planned food and beverage, transportation, and other planned activities.



AIRLINE: 
Qualified clients will be eligible for an airfare rebate of up to $500.00. 

REGISTRATION FEE: 
The registration fee includes accommodations for three nights accommodations, ground transportation, all planned social functions, activities, and participation in the Marketplace Trade Show. Please note the registration fee is non-refundable. The Meeting Planner registration fee is $325.00. (Complimentary for Qualified Hosted Buyers) No third parties.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION: 

Planners may invite a spouse or guest for an additional registration fee. The guest registration fee of $350.00 includes shared accommodations for three-nights, ground transportation and all planned social functions. Airfare not included.
