Registrants may work towards the completion of the Title IX certificate by registering for the Title IX Institute:
March 23, 2017 AAAED TITLE IX INSTITUTE (8 hrs.)
In this training, Dr. Richard Baker will go beyond the basic tenets of Title IX law and present the essential elements and strategies for implementing an effective compliance program, including how to structure a sexual assault response team, a training program for students, responsible employees and a hearing panel.

March 22 - 23, 2017 - Developing and Implementing an Affirmative Action Program (16 hrs.)  Marilynn Schuyler, Esq.
March 24 - 25, 2017 - Complaint Processing, Counseling and Resolution (16 hrs.)  Ida "Beth" Wilson, J.D.

If you wish to attend the entire six-day course schedule to receive the CAAP, the charge is the 16 hour rate ($900) times three.
E.g., for a member registering during the Early Bird timetable, the total cost is $900 x 3 or $2700.00 (minus any discounts).

Substitution Policy: Substitutions of registrants for the Institute may be made at any time, but must be made in writing and submitted to AAAA. However, ONLY THE ATTENDEE will receive course credit for Institute training.

Cancellation Policy: ALL Institute cancellations made by the attendee are subject to a 30% service charge and must be received in writing no later than 21 business days prior to the event.  Registrants who do not cancel in writing prior to 21 days before the event will forfeit the entire fee. Cancellations received within 21 business days of the Institute will not be eligible for a refund.
