The ETS 2017 program will continue to offer a full agenda, providing the choice of several interest sessions throughout the day. 

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON APRIL 26, 2017 AT 5:00PM

LOGISTICS

Check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m.

The program will start at 8:30 a.m. and end by 3:00 p.m. 

Your registration fee of $110 will include a continental breakfast and lunch.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS

In keeping with UC's cost-cutting and sustainability efforts, conference materials will not be provided onsite. Conference registrants will be able to access campus profiles and the finalized agenda on Tuesday, May 3rd for you to print and bring with you to the event.

Please note that the online registration system requires new and returning registrants to create a user name and password

Space is limited, so click the REGISTER NOW button (to the right) to reserve your spot!

We strongly encourage you to pay online by credit card. All credit card refunds must be requested by April 20th and will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.

If paying by check, insure the ‘payment by check option’ is selected and that checks are received by April 24th by 5pm.

Important: Regardless of your payment option, please be sure to finalize your registration by clicking the "Finish" button on the payment page.

REFUNDS

Refund requests for check and credit card payments must be in writing, sent via email and received by April 24th at 5pm.  Written refund requests should be made to Julie Moore at jmoore@cccco.edu with “ETS REFUND” in the email subject line. There will be a $10.00 charge for ALL credit card refunds.  There are no refunds for “no-shows”.

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

With a registrant’s written permission, a registration can be transferred to an alternate attendee.  Please clearly state the full name of the alternate registrant, their email address, and email Julie Moore at jmoore@cccco.edu with “REGISTRATION TRANSFER” in the email subject line no later than April 24, 2017.
