The 43rd Air Armament Symposium Objectives Include:

  • Two-day interchange for senior DoD, Service and industry leadership to identify and share opportunities for DoD's Armament Innovation and discuss current and planned armament development and modernization
  • Networking opportunities among senior leaders and Eglin R&D, acquisition, and T&E workforce

Symposium Highlights:

  • Featuring nationally recognized speakers.  DoD, Air Force, Army, SOF, and Navy Senior Leaders and panel discussions with planned opportunities for Q&A
  • Defense industry armament exhibits
  • Opportunities and facilities for group and private professional interaction between Industry and DoD
  • Professional training accreditation
  • Premier exhibit hall and hotel facilities

Attendee Fees:

  • NDIA Member Industry: $325 if registered before October 1st.  Includes both the Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions.
  • Non-Member Industry:  $375 if registered before October 1st.  Includes both the Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions.
  • DoD Civilians and Active Duty Military:  No Cost. 

We have been advised to remind you of Straight Arrow policy regarding mementos, meals, refreshments, and socials that are included for all attendees.  Straight Arrow boxes will be provided for your convenience at meals and socials.  Suggested Straight Arrow:  $5 Breakfast, $10 Lunch and $20 Receptions.

Attendee Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival (September 30, 2017) and must be received in writing to pat@SAAmeetings.com. Conference costs will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50.00 for individual registration. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days prior (October 1, 2017).
