on Tuesday, August 8th through Thursday, August 10th, 2017 in Westfield.
training is created specifically for you, New Jersey’s out-of-school time
professionals, by the National Institute on Out-of-School-Time (NIOST). This
year’s focus is: to develop your leadership skills, to foster relationships with
your staff, and the youth and families you serve, and to positively impact the
quality of your program. So, come boost your leadership skills, learn how to
strengthen your organization through a variety of hands on, experiential
learning activities and leave with a program improvement plan specific to your
