Map and Directions

The Ohio Biological Survey is pleased to welcome Steve Madewell as this year's Keynote Speaker. Steve will be speaking on, "Ohio Park Districts: One Hundred Years of Conservation." Having served within three of Ohio's largest park districts, including his most recent turn as Director of Toledo Metroparks, he is well versed to talk about the past, present, and future of park systems. Steve is also an avid musician and uses his music to promote stewardship of natural resources. Steve is also a current member of the OBS Board of Trustees. We are excited that Steve will be sharing his knowledge with us at the conference.

The conference will also feature a number of talks and thirty posters discussing research efforts in all aspects of natural history including biodiversity, biogeography, conservation, field biology, systematics, and taxonomy. In addition, there will be vendors and museum exhibits!
