This 4-H Robotics Challenge is open to 4-H Robotics Teams consisting of three to eight individuals. The 4-H Robotics Challenge is designed for Robotics Teams with different skill levels of experience.

Challenge Information:
In the Team-building Challenge, each team will be given 2-4 minutes to introduce themselves and answer the team questions that will be given to those who register. Then the teams will work together to complete a simple task. The team will be given five minutes to complete this task. The judges will have 5 minutes to ask questions.

In ​the ​Team ​Robotics ​Programming ​Challenge, ​the ​teams ​will ​be ​given ​2 ​hours ​to ​program ​an ​NXT ​Lego ​Mindstorm ​Robot ​or ​EV3 ​Lego ​Robot ​to ​complete ​a ​series ​of ​challenges. ​Teams ​may ​use ​up ​to ​3 ​motors, ​and ​4 ​sensors. ​The ​sensors ​that ​can ​be ​used ​are ​light, ​color, ​ultrasonic ​and ​touch. The ​robot ​will ​have ​two ​minutes ​to ​complete ​as ​many ​challenges ​as ​possible.
