General Conference Information

The conference begins with a director’s meeting on Tuesday morning June 27th followed by a chapter meeting and dinner Tuesday evening. All conference activities are scheduled to end Friday afternoon.

  • Flash Day prices ($50.00 off the regular registration rate) are available on February 9th.  Credit Card payment at the time of registration on Flash Day.

    Early Bird prices ($25.00 off the regular registration rate) are available between February 10, 2017 and May 20.  Credit card payment or purchase orders accepted.  A 5% penalty will be added each month if payment is not received by June 30. 

    A $30.00 late registration fee will be added to all registrations made after June 15th. 

    Important information about the conference will be sent via email to the address used during the registration process. 

    To receive the membership rate you must be a member in good standing (in any membership category) of either APCO or NENA.  Non-members who select the membership rate but who are not members in good standing at the time of their registration will be billed for the rate difference plus a $10.00 processing fee. 

    Lunch is included with all registrations on Wednesday and Thursday. Breakfast is included on Friday. Lunch will be provided for attendees at the Director's meeting on Tuesday (You must RSVP on the Agenda/Director's Meeting page of registration).  First time attendees will be invited to a new attendee breakfast on Wednesday.  You must check the first time attendee box on the personal info page to receive your invitation.   

    One ticket to Thursday's banquet is included with the member and non-member registration categories.  Additional tickets can be purchased on the "merchandise" page of the registration.

    Qualified attendees who purchase a full non-member registration and are not currently members of either APCO or NENA may receive a complimentary "associate" membership in APCO. This complimentary membership is available to those personnel who staff, manage, design, construct, install, command or operate a public safety communications center and supporting information systems. Applicants must be an employee, retiree, or volunteer of a governmental entity providing the described services.  To receive your complimentary membership you must request your membership on the personal information page of registration.  Complimentary memberships will be processed at the end of the year and are for 2018.  If you would prefer a 2017 membership please contact Richard at acctsa@waapconena.org

    At the conclusion of the registration process you may receive an "offer" from Active Network, an affiliate of regonline.com.  Active Network is not affiliated with the Washington State Chapters of APCO and NENA.  The chapter does not receive any revenue if you choose to accept the offer.

    A 5% late fee will be assessed for any payments not received by June 30. An additional 5% late fee will be assesed if payment is not received by July 31.
